Lubricating the treadmill

Prevent wear and enjoy smooth training!
In this video, we show you how to easily and effectively lubricate your treadmill.

Done in just a few minutes!

  • 1 Lift the belt on one side using the adjustment tool.
  • 2 Hold the belt up and apply the oil underneath from left to right.
  • 3 Repeat on the other side.
  • 4 Turn on the treadmill and let it run at 6 km/h so the oil spreads under the belt.

#3
Aligning the treadmill

A properly aligned treadmill is essential for safe and smooth training!
Over time, the belt can shift slightly, causing it to run off-center.
In this video, we show you step by step how to easily and correctly align the belt.

This keeps your treadmill in top condition and extends the life of the machine.

  • 1 Set the treadmill to 6 km/h.
  • 2 Determine which way the belt needs to be aligned:

    • If the belt needs to move left, turn the right nut clockwise.

    • If the belt needs to move right, turn the left nut clockwise.
  • 3 Use the included adjustment tool to turn the nut a quarter-turn at a time to the right. This will shift the belt back to the center.
  • 4 Wait at least 30 seconds to see the result. The belt should then be aligned. If not, repeat step 3.
