Warranty
At Sportconic we stand behind the quality of our treadmills. That's why you get a standard 2-year warranty on all our models and accessories. If something goes wrong within that period due to a fault in the material or workmanship, we'll sort it out for you.
In addition to our own warranty, you as a consumer are always entitled to the statutory warranty. This means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect of it, given its price and the type of product.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty applies to defects that arise during normal use in accordance with the manual. For example:
- A motor that no longer starts or is audibly faltering
- A display or control panel that no longer responds
- A fault in the construction, for example a frame or hinge that gives way
- Parts that break due to a manufacturing fault within the warranty period
What is not covered by the warranty?
Not every fault is a warranty case. The following are not covered by the warranty, among others:
- Normal wear and tear, such as a running belt wearing out after intensive use
- Damage caused by insufficient maintenance, for example not lubricating the belt or doing so too late
- Damage caused by improper use, falls, impacts or overloading
- Repairs or modifications carried out by yourself or by third parties
- Water damage, damage caused by moisture or by fluctuations in the power supply
- Use of the treadmill for commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed
Not sure whether your situation is covered? Feel free to get in touch and we'll take a look with you.
How to submit a warranty claim

- Go to service.sportconic.com
- Click on "Defect"
- Enter your details and describe as clearly as possible what the issue is
- Add photos or a short video that clearly shows the defect
The more complete your request, the faster we can help you. We'll get in touch within 2 working days.
How we resolve it
In most cases a defect can be fixed by replacing a single part. We'll then send you that part free of charge, along with clear instructions.
If replacing it doesn't work out, or if a part isn't the right solution? Then we'll look further together. Depending on the situation, we'll repair the product, replace it or refund the purchase amount.
This approach also fits how we look at sustainability: sending a small part has a much lower environmental impact than having an entire machine returned.
Maintenance extends the lifespan
Good maintenance prevents most malfunctions. Lubricate your treadmill on time, keep the running surface clean and regularly check whether the belt is still properly aligned. On our instructions page you'll find explanations and videos per model about installation, lubricating, aligning and operation.
