At Sportconic, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, no problem, you can return your order within 100 days.

Return period

You have 100 days to try out your treadmill. Within this period, you may return the product without providing any reason.

Conditions

The treadmill must be properly and securely packaged, including the original box and protective materials.

Returns are only accepted if the product is returned in good condition.

Return costs

Returning your order is completely free of charge. Once you register your return, we will provide you with a return label so you can drop off the treadmill at a parcel point at no cost.

Refunds

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.

Returns are processed within 5 working days after they have arrived at our warehouse.
