The easiest way to reach your daily steps
From half an hour at your desk to a walk while watching a series: the S7 walks with you every day. Precisely because it requires so little effort, it naturally becomes a habit.

Walking during your workday
A half-hour walk doesn't cost you half an hour. You walk during a meeting, a phone call, or while catching up on your emails. At the end of the day, the counter shows thousands of steps you wouldn't have taken otherwise.

No one hears you walking
Less than 50 dB, quieter than a normal conversation. Your colleagues on the video call won't hear you, your housemates won't notice, and you won't have to turn up the volume on your series.

Put down. Walk. Put away.
No assembly, no tools, no hassle. You take it out of the box and walk your first few meters within a minute. Done? Then you slide it under the sofa or bed and you won't see a thing.
What daily exercise does
You don't have to train hard. Walking a little bit every day adds up.
walking after a meal noticeably dampens your blood sugar spike. No slump at three in the afternoon, no sleepy feeling at your desk.
adding steps in that one half-hour. Enough to reach 8,000 on most days. (And no, not the 10,000 you expect: research shows that 8,000 steps a day is already sufficient.)
of your daily calorie burn comes from movement that is not sport. Walking, standing. Exactly the part that disappears if you sit all day.

Almost everyone has that doubt. What customers tell us afterwards is that the barrier was the problem, not the motivation, and that barrier disappears once it is standing in your living room. Not for you? You get 100 days to try it at home and your money back.
The motor stays below 50 dB, about the level of a normal conversation. You can use it while making a call or listening to music without anyone else noticing.
Yes. The S7 is a walking pad: flat, without handrails. You slide it underneath and walk. The only thing to keep in mind is your desk height; while walking, you stand about 10 to 15 cm higher than usual, so your desk needs to be able to reach that height.
Yes, but start gently. Most people can type just fine at a walking pace of between 2 and 3.5 km/h. You get used to it faster than you think. You might walk a bit more slowly for the first few days, but after a week, you hardly notice it anymore. Calling and video conferencing go well from the start, but typing takes a few days.
Yes. The noise level stays below 50 dB, which is about as quiet as a normal conversation. What people downstairs are more likely to notice are the vibrations from your footsteps, but that applies to any kind of movement on an upper floor. Tip: place a protective mat underneath if you have neighbors living below you. It absorbs most of the impact and protects your floor at the same time. I would definitely recommend using one in an apartment with wooden floors.
