Lubricating the walking treadmill

Prevent wear and tear and enjoy a smooth workout!
In this video, we’ll show you how to easily and effectively lubricate your treadmill. 🧴

Ready in just a few minutes!

1 Lift the belt on the side using the adjustment tool.
2 Hold the belt up and apply the oil underneath, moving from left to right.
3 Repeat on the other side.
4 Turn on the treadmill and let it run at 6 km/h, allowing the oil to spread evenly underneath the belt.

Aligning the walking treadmill

A properly aligned treadmill is essential for a safe and smooth workout!
Over time, the belt may shift slightly, causing it to run off-center.
In this video, we’ll guide you step-by-step on how to easily and correctly align the belt. 🛠️

This keeps your treadmill in top condition and extends its lifespan.

1 Set the treadmill to 6 km/h.
2 Determine which direction the belt needs to be aligned:

• If the belt needs to move left, turn the right bolt to the right.

• If the belt needs to move right, turn the left bolt to the right.
3 Use the included adjustment tool to turn the bolt a quarter turn at a time to the right. This will shift the belt toward the center.
4 Wait at least 30 seconds to observe the result. The belt should then be aligned in the center. If not, repeat step 3.
